Located on 30th Street in the heart of Manhattan, this project consists of the complete renovation and redesign of a 4,000 square foot apartment, reimagined as a loft-like residence that embraces openness, light, and urban sophistication.

The layout centers around a grand open space that integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a single continuous environment. Facing south, the large windows frame sweeping views of the New York City skyline, bringing natural light deep into the interior and reinforcing the connection to the city beyond.

The program includes a dedicated TV area, three full bathrooms, and four bedrooms, offering a well-balanced distribution between shared and private spaces. Each area has been carefully planned to enhance flow, comfort, and functionality within the expansive footprint.

The primary suite is conceived as a private retreat within the city, featuring a spacious primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub, designed as a calm escape from the energy of Midtown Manhattan.
