Located on East 93rd Street in Manhattan, this ambitious project involved the unification of three separate apartments into a single expansive residence, situated on the 31st floor of a high-rise building with spectacular views of the city skyline.

The program includes a complete kitchen renovation, three bathrooms, and a carefully reconfigured spatial organization designed to support both everyday living and entertaining.

At the center of the home, the living and dining areas are seamlessly connected and integrated with a large open kitchen. A central island anchors the space, serving as both a functional workspace and a social hub for gatherings and hospitality. The fireplace serves as a focal point within the living room, enhancing warmth and atmosphere throughout the open-plan layout.
