Located on East 93rd Street in Manhattan,, this apartment renovation was conceived through the union of two existing residences, creating a cohesive and contemporary home defined by openness, functionality, and refined detailing.

The design explores an open floor plan, where the living, dining, and kitchen areas merge into a single expansive great room. This central space was envisioned to encourage fluidity, natural light, and a more connected everyday living experience while maintaining a sense of elegance and balance.

A dedicated home office was integrated into the layout with the flexibility to function as a guest room when needed, allowing the apartment to adapt seamlessly to different moments of daily life and hospitality.

The primary suite was redesigned to enhance both comfort and spatial quality, featuring an enlarged en-suite bathroom and a calm, intimate atmosphere. Cove lighting and a custom accent wall enrich the primary bedroom, introducing depth, warmth, and a subtle architectural character that defines the space without overwhelming it.
